We recommend a short fitness & balance screen. We match you to Tai Chi/Qigong, Chair Exercise, or Functional Fitness based on goals and mobility.

If you have a medical condition, recent surgery, or fall history, please consult your provider. We can coordinate with care teams.
Q9. Are your instructors certified?
Yes. Instructors hold relevant certifications, background checks, and specialized senior fitness training.

Scheduling & Locations

Across Santa Clara County and the Bay Area (onsite), plus online options.
Q11. What’s your scheduling policy?
We schedule by quarter, month, or annual contract. For cancellations/rescheduling, please notify us 24–48 hours in advance.
Q12. Do you offer private sessions?
Yes. In‑home or virtual personal training, self‑massage coaching, and custom programs.

Pricing & Billing

Q13. How much do classes cost?
Rates vary by class type, group size, and travel. Ask for a community package or multi‑site discount.
Q14. What payments do you accept?
Invoice, credit/debit card, check, ACH, and organizational purchase orders (for facilities). Some HSA/FSA plans may reimburse mind‑body/fitness. Check with your provider.

Yes. We maintain professional and general liability insurance.

For Instructors

Q19. How do I join your instructor team?
Complete our Instructor Application (bio, certifications, availability, references). We welcome Tai Chi/Qigong, senior fitness instructors, chair‑based fitness, massage/self‑massage, and wellness workshop instructors.
Q20. Do you offer training or certification?
Yes—Senior Fitness Instructor Certification and specialty workshops (Tai Chi, Qigong, SOAR/SAIL, Balance & Fall Prevention, Functional Fitness Instructor training).
