- We schedule by quarter, month, or annual contract. For cancellations/rescheduling, please notify us 24–48 hours in advance.

Pricing & Billing

- Q19. How do I join your instructor team?
- Complete our Instructor Application (bio, certifications, availability, references). We welcome Tai Chi/Qigong, senior fitness instructors, chair‑based fitness, massage/self‑massage, and wellness workshop instructors.
- Q20. Do you offer training or certification?
- Yes—Senior Fitness Instructor Certification and specialty workshops (Tai Chi, Qigong, SOAR/SAIL, Balance & Fall Prevention, Functional Fitness Instructor training).
